Returns and refund

Returns are not accepted on any personalized product unless an error has been made by us, and the documentation supports that.

We hope you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from Rosie’s America. If you wish to return a product to us, we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible.
We guarantee a refund in the form of a store credit if the item is returned to us, unused, unopened and in the condition as they were sent, in its original undamaged packaging with
labels and seals intact, also with the receipt or proof of purchase. All returns must include all parts of the product. Additionally the garment cannot have the odor of ciggarette smoke,
perfume or body odor.

Shipping & Handling costs are NOT refundable and we DO NOT offer free returns.

All products purchased on www.rosiesamerica.com must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

All returns will be subject to a charge of 5% to cover credit card fees.

All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund store credit.

Please email your request along with the order number to customer_return@rosiesamerica.com. After receiving the product our testing team will verify, approve and process the store credit refund.

Refund method

After receiving the product, we will inspect it and notify you.

We will also communicate the status of your credit after the inspection.
After approval, we will initiate a refund to your online account.
We will post the credit amount within 7 working days to your account.
If partial product or product with tampered packaging is returned, then the refund will not be processed and we will not pay for return shipping that will be your responsibility.
Exchanges can take up to 7 days to be processed and once it has been approved.
If the product is defective upon receipt please notify us and describe the defect and we will immediately authorize the return at no cost to you, however color differences is not a defect.
All refunds will be processed in accordance with our returns policy.
We will send you an email letting you know we have received and processed your return.
After you have received the email please allow 7 – 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.

Cancellation Policy

BECAUSE ORDERS ARE PRINTED AS ORDERED WE CANNOT GUARANTEE A CANCELLATION, YOU MUST MAKE IT IMMEDIATELY BEFORE IT GOES INTO PRODUCTION.
WHICH IS USUALLY WITHIN 60 MINUTES FROM RECEIPT OF THE ORDER!

You can only cancel the order before the order has been dispatched.
